10 Pack White 5 3020 LED T5 Truck Van Dashboard Interior Lights - Super Bright Vehicle Cabin Lighting for Cars, RVs, Boats | Perfect for Night Driving, Interior Decoration & Mood Lighting

I'm doing a LED conversion project on my 2003 Acura TL Type S dash lights and although there are several posts in forums stating that most of the LED's are T5 they don't mention which exact LED's produced the best visual expeience.Out of the two type of T5, 5 LED configuration, 1 top 4 side and 3 top 2 side, the 3 top 2 side provided the brightest improvement without harsh hotspots. The 1 top 4 side didn't produce hotspots, however they weren't consistant with the brightness of the LED's I installed in the climate controls. My reason for the top & side LED configuration was to mimic the output pattern of the incandescant bulb. I didn't try a T5 5050 LED, so I can't say for sure if the output would have produced even greater brightness without hotspots. I just guessumed it might.I have purchased 4 different sets of LED's, 3 of the 4 sets purchased were fulfilled by the seller Uxcell and let me tell you, theses were by far top quality. Each LED was consistant in size and craftsmanship. Two diffent type sets even had the positive side marked, which is an important note: if the LED fails to light, reinstall base mount 180 degrees. No need to remove LED from base.The 4th set, (3 SMD LED's, 1 top 2 side) was fulfiulled by Water & Wood and the quality of the 25 received was inconsistant and subpar, which is disappointing since they were slightly more expensive than the ones from Uxcell. Not to mention the seller sent the wrong color, Red. I won't even get into the brightness, or lack thereof of the Red LED's...As far as changing the color of your instrument gauges, there are YT videos that show how to do a color change, but it isn't as simple as buy that color LED. I chose White and the speedo gauges changed from incandescent orange/yellow to an Ice Blue. Same with the odometer.Now the warning lights are a bit different. I didn't do this, yet, but the White lights do washout the red and orange warning symbols. On those you might want to go with a color match LED. Problem here, it's cheaper to buy 10+, so you'll have some leftovers, which will come in handy if you have another car you want to install them into after you see the difference.On a side note, these are coming from Hong Kong, so allow 20+ days for them to deliver to the U.S.I can't wait to try these lights I think they will look nice the only thing is the shipping, its been almost 3 weeks and I haven't got these lights so not the best thingNice cool white color, used them for my gauge cluster and door switches. Look great and pretty cheap price.
